Data Protection

Compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 requires us to follow the eight data protection principles.  (If you would like further guidance on this please speak to the Business manager) 

We only keep data about you that is appropriate for the business.

We are not allowed to keep information about you any longer than is legally required after the relationship between us ends.

Once the legal requirement of time expires any information that is stored about you either electronically or otherwise is destroyed appropriately

STAFF USE OF THE INTERNET

Members of Staff are expected to use access to the Internet responsibly and in accordance with the school policies and procedures. The school subscribes to and supports monitoring of Internet usage by SWGfL in accordance with G.C.C. regulations.
