Staff
Our groups are run by experienced staff who specialise in early years education. They have a wealth of experience between them and all have enhanced CRB clearance
All of our staff have suitable qualifications in childcare with each of them trained to at least level 3 in child development. In addition, they all hold paediatric first aid certificates and attend a refresher course every three years. They also regularly attend other relevant training courses to ensure their knowledge and skills are continually developed, and so they are aware of the latest updates in Early Years education.

The Trustees ensure that Northway Preschool Playgroup invests heavily in their staff enabling them to keep up to date with training that is effective, and of a very high standard of quality allowing all staff to be able to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage effectively.
